The main airport in Brazil for visitors from abroad is Guarulhos Airport (GRU) in São Paulo city from where ground transportation is still needed to reach São Carlos, usually by bus. We will post more detailed information on transportation soon. Accommodation around the campus is easy and there are several hotels at walking distances from the workshop venue. More details will be also posted soon.
We are working together with funding agencies to provide support for elected participants who need it. More information as we get responses from total funds available.
